Anne Ozols

Project Associate
At Pyramid:

Anne got her start in the nonprofit sector, so she understands what it means to put ideas and inspiration into action. A strategic thinker with a background in journalism, she applies her versatile writing style and impeccable organization to a variety of projects at Pyramid’s Portland office.

After Hours:

Anne spends much of her free time exploring the Oregon and Washington wilderness with her husband and dog … rain or shine. Portland’s Forest Park is her favorite urban escape. When she’s not lacing up her hiking boots, she’s digging in her garden (her second favorite urban escape) or experimenting in the kitchen with the latest harvest.

Background:

Before joining Pyramid, Anne spent three years heading up marketing at Schoolhouse Supplies, an educational nonprofit in Portland.  Prior to her work in the nonprofit sector, she earned a journalism degree from the University of Oregon, then spent time traveling, volunteering, teaching and freelance writing in South America.
