Jen Leahy

Project Manager
At Pyramid:

Jen specializes in public opinion research and spends most of her time planning, conducting and analyzing focus groups and in-depth interviews. Her projects represent a wide range of issues; recent clients include Active Living by Design, the Frye Art Museum, Ploughshares Fund and The Seattle Foundation. Jen enjoys developing research-based messaging and translating research findings into clear, effective communications tools for her clients.

After Hours:

As a resident of Pyramid's vibrant downtown neighborhood, Jen enjoys walking to her favorite places, including Pike Place Market, the Central Library and the Olympic Sculpture Park. She is a victim of her own ambition, often poring through her five million cookbooks to find a recipe for dinner—a process so exhausting that she usually resorts to takeout. She and her huggable Golden Retriever, Smooch, are training to be an animal assisted therapy team through Delta Society.

Background:

Prior to joining Pyramid, Jen conducted qualitative and quantitative research programs at The Glover Park Group, a full-service communications consulting firm in Washington, D.C. She also worked at The Mellman Group, a Democratic polling firm, while attending grad school at The George Washington University. Jen earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with minors in political science and sustainable development from Washington State University. She is a member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research.
