Rosalie Gale
Rosalie supports the Interactive Group as a member of the project management team. She lends her talents in technical research, database administration, online content management and e-newsletter distribution to nearly every web development project at Pyramid. Rosalie has recently brought her expertise to bear for a range of clients, including the Approve 67 campaign, Partnership for Learning, Delorie Johnson Lawyers, the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific centennial celebration campaign , Evergreen Business Capital and Fluoride Works.
Rosalie performs stand-up comedy most Tuesday nights at The Comedy Underground's Non PC (NonProfit Comedy, http://www.nonprofitcomedy.com/) show, which benefits a different nonprofit organization every week. In her spare time, she and her husband Doug ride their folding bikes all over the city (yes, their bikes fold in half!) and do Bikram yoga. Their most recent accomplishment is the invention of “shower art”—waterproof art you can hang in your shower (or any where else, for that matter) with a suction cup.
A Minnesota native and Illinois transplant, Rosalie hurried to the West Coast as soon as she graduated from Bradley University with a degree in theater performance, swearing never to endure another snowy winter. Upon arriving in Seattle she took a temporary position at Amazon.com. Five years later she came up for air and decided there was more to life than online sales. In the midst of completing a certificate program in arts management at the University of Washington, she landed a position at Intiman Theatre (a position that actually required a degree in theater—they do exist) and worked there for four years prior to joining the team at Pyramid.
