Neighborhood care
Neighborcare Health provides healthcare access to Seattle’s uninsured population and underserved communities. Established in the 1960s as a series of community health centers, Neighborcare Health has grown to serve over 48,000 people a year.
With increasing patient populations, Neighborcare needed a website to promote their work and build their online presence. Pyramid partnered with Neighborcare to redesign the existing website. We incorporated an updated content management system and e-commerce tool for donations and community event ticket sales, as well as a Google Maps feature - allowing patients to locate the four different types of clinics available. Pyramid’s design team worked to elevate Neighborcare’s brand by leveraging their print materials on the website and creating an updated and cohesive look and feel. Finally, we worked with Neighborcare staff to offer training in management of the new site to allow for flexibility and the ability to administer content independently.
