As a listener and creative problem solver, Emily helps organizations sift through competing demands and goals to identify successful paths forward. She plays dual roles at Pyramid, driving business growth as CMO, while also leading multidisciplinary teams for special projects, such as Pearl Jam’s Home Shows initiative. She was recognized by the Portland Business Journal in the 2018 40 under 40 class and serves as board chair for p:ear, which works with homeless and transitional youth.
